Support

How to get help on printa.fun — what to include in a ticket, typical turnaround, and self-serve checks before you write in.

Contact

Email [email protected] from the address on your Printa account. We prioritise mail that matches an account email — it is how we know it is you.

Security / account takeover: same inbox, subject line starting with [SECURITY], and change your password if you still can.

Privacy / deletion: see Account deletion or email [email protected].

What to include

  • Account email and username.
  • Approximate time (with timezone) of the issue.
  • For trades: trade id from history, chain, token mint/contract, and any tx hash shown in the UI.
  • For deposits/withdrawals: amount, currency, bank reference or provider reference, and screenshot of the partner receipt if you have one.
  • What you expected vs what you saw (one or two sentences is enough).

Do not send private keys, seed phrases, full card numbers, or OTPs. We will never ask for your password in email.

Check these first

  • Deposit pending. NGN credits wait on the payment partner. If the partner shows success but Printa does not, send the partner reference — do not send a second deposit “to unblock” unless support asks.
  • Trade stuck on processing. Chain congestion and recovery jobs can leave an order in processing while the hash is already final or reverted. Note the trade id; we reconcile from the ledger and chain, not from screenshots alone.
  • Withdrawal delayed. First withdrawals and large amounts may hit manual review. Bank holidays and partner cutoffs add delay outside Printa.
  • PnL looks wrong. Entry market cap, buy/sell NGN rates and fees all affect displayed invested amounts. If numbers disagree with your bank debit, include both figures in the ticket.
  • Caller rewards. Callers claim from the Caller dashboard after eligible sells settle. Unrealized gains do not pay out.

Hours and language

Support is staffed primarily in West Africa Time (WAT). We aim to first-respond within one business day; complex chain reconciliations take longer. English is the working language of the inbox.

Incidents

When the terminal, deposits or a whole chain is down we post what we can in-product or on our status channels. A flood of identical “is it down?” emails slows real incident work — one short ping is enough if the banner already acknowledges the outage.

Abuse and scams

Printa staff will not DM you on Telegram asking you to “validate” a wallet or send crypto to unlock withdrawals. If someone claiming to be Printa asks for funds or seeds, ignore them and forward the message to [email protected].

Report Callers who promise guaranteed returns or ask followers to transact off-platform. We can suspend Caller privileges without litigating every argument in public.
