Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Printa collects when you use printa.fun, why we need it, who can see it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

Who we are

Printa is the product at printa.fun — a custodial terminal for trading meme tokens on Solana, BNB Smart Chain (BSC) and Robinhood Chain, with Nigerian Naira (NGN) deposit and withdrawal rails. When this policy says “Printa,” “we,” or “us,” it means the operator of printa.fun and the systems that hold balances and execute trades on your behalf.

Contact for privacy requests: [email protected] (or [email protected] if that mailbox is full).

What this covers

It applies to the website, the trading terminal at /app, Caller feed and profiles, mobile clients that talk to the same Printa API, and emails or in-app notices we send about your account. It does not cover third-party explorers, DEXes, or bank apps you open outside Printa.

What we collect

Account. Email, username, password hash (we never store the plaintext password), optional display name and avatar, referral codes, and notification preferences.

Identity / payout rails. When you deposit or withdraw NGN we process the fields the payment partner requires — typically name, phone, bank account or wallet identifiers, and any KYC artefacts that partner or we request for that corridor. Exact fields depend on the active provider (for example PalmPay or similar).

Trading activity. Orders, fills, positions, fees, on-chain transaction hashes, smart-wallet addresses we derive for you, Caller follows and calls you interact with, and balances across Naira and crypto ledgers.

Device and logs. IP address, user agent, approximate region, app version, crash and error logs, and security events (failed logins, lockouts). We use these to keep the service up and to investigate abuse — not to sell advertising profiles.

Support. Whatever you send to [email protected] or paste into a support form, including screenshots.

How we use it

  • Create and secure your account, and run deposits, trades and withdrawals.
  • Show portfolio, PnL, Caller feed and notifications you opted into.
  • Detect fraud, honeypots, wash trading, stolen accounts and payment disputes.
  • Meet bookkeeping, tax-reporting and AML obligations that apply to our rails.
  • Diagnose outages and improve execution quality (latency, failed swaps, fee bugs).
  • Reply when you ask for help or account deletion.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run third-party ad networks on the authenticated terminal.

Who we share with

  • Infrastructure. Hosting, database, email delivery and RPC / indexer providers that process data solely to run Printa.
  • Payment and KYC partners. Only what they need to move NGN or verify identity for a corridor you use.
  • Public chain data. Transactions you authorize are visible on the relevant blockchain explorers. That is inherent to on-chain settlement — we cannot make a confirmed hash private.
  • Caller social features. Display name, avatar, public calls and (if you leave them public) earnings badges appear on printa.fun profiles and feed. Private follows and wallet balances stay off public pages.
  • Lawful requests. We may disclose data when required by a valid legal process or to protect users from imminent harm or fraud.

Custodial balances

Printa is custodial. Fiat and crypto shown in your portfolio are ledger balances we maintain; on-chain assets for EVM/Solana trading sit in wallets we operate for you (for example per-user smart wallets on supported EVM chains). That means we necessarily process transaction metadata and addresses tied to your account. Custody does not give us a license to trade your funds without your order.

Retention

We keep account and trade records for as long as the account is open and for a period after closure that matches our financial and AML record-keeping needs (typically years, not weeks). Support tickets are kept long enough to resolve disputes. Logs rotate on a shorter cycle unless frozen for an investigation.

Deleting an account stops new processing and removes or anonymises profile data we no longer need; immutable ledger rows and on-chain history may remain. See Account deletion.

Your choices

  • Update email, username and notification settings in the product.
  • Turn off non-essential push / email categories where the UI offers a toggle.
  • Request a copy of personal data we hold, or ask us to correct inaccurate fields, via [email protected].
  • Request account deletion as described on the deletion page.

Some requests may be limited where we must keep records for law, fraud prevention or outstanding balances/disputes.

Security

Passwords are hashed. Sessions use signed tokens. Sensitive operations (withdrawals, password resets) require fresh authentication or emailed codes. No system is perfect — if you suspect account takeover, change your password and email [email protected] immediately with the account email and approximate time of the incident.

Children

Printa is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly open accounts for minors. If you believe a minor has registered, tell us and we will close the account.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way we will update the date above and, when the change affects how we use existing data, notify signed-in users by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised policy.
